Joy is the flow for our School Year. In this new year we begin now serving students with City of Florence connecting them from all elementary, middle and high schools with their centers at Levy Park, Maple Park, Northwest Park and the Barnes Activity Center.  Then we are honored to be in a relationship with the Boys and Girls Club of the Pee Dee. We will be getting their God Gifts from all elementary, middle and high schools to their location on 310 W Roughfork Street.  We are excited about how during our school year we accomplishing a vision of going to every school in FSD1, FSD2 and Darlington elementary schools. Our expansion brings our totals to 20 public schools and 2 private. With the help of Pee Dee Community Fellowship partnering with us, we are able to have all of our kids on the buses by 2:30 pm. Yes that is right! The church gives us the use of their buses to make sure no child is stuck at school any longer than absolutely necessary. During the summer, why should one group go on an outing and not the rest? Every summer when one group goes we all go with our busses!

* We are an ABC approved site (We have met the governmental guidelines and have all necessary papers for us to operate) for those that have qualified for that benefit.

BIRTHDAYS ARE SPECIAL

If your child has a birthday while they are with us, they will get a cake with their name on it. Each month we love to celebrate all the ones that are in our care. There is no charge for this service it is our gift to you for them being with us.

PART TIME SLOTS (Limited amounts available)

We offer part-time slots. That is true most places do not consider this an option. The day by day total is $15 School year (Registration is $50) and $90 Summer but those who have been with us in the summer know that every fee collected goes back to the kids. We do not dollar anyone to death but are upfront in how it will bless our God gifts.  We wish to help you no matter your situation if we can.

WHY WE CAN OFFER THIS SPECIAL

We are proudly associated with Pee Dee Community Fellowship www.pdcf.org . You can read about them in our Christ-Centered section. They give us a certain number of slots for the fall to step in and help make our super program cost effective. We know that those places of service that are in our realm of helping might not have the help that we do with the church.

WORD TO THE WISE

Over the last couple of years, with our rapid growth, we have been alarmed about what other daycares have tried to shade about us in our success of service. As you do your shopping around we put it all out front and on the web. We have seen some who have promised all what we do but cannot over time come through. We strongly urge you to shop around and if you are having a tough time feel free to ask us more questions. We know it is all about the Happy Hearts of our Heaven Sent.

REGISTRATION FEES

Summer is $90 (1 time Deal) you will not be asked for money again. SHOCK AND AWE. Our registration goes right back to your child's activities. In the Fall $50 is what is due per child to secure your slot. The registration will be given back to your child throughout the fall. Look at our overview section to see how we go a little farther than most. All registrations are non-refundable

CHRIST CENTERED

We are connected with Pee Dee Community Fellowship. They are a Purpose Driven Church that meets at the Julia 4 at 1110 S. Irby Street in Florence on Sundays @10:10. They are a creative, innovative, and causal place of Worship. We invite you to research the church at www.pdcf.org .

FEE PAYMENTS

All weekly fees are due in advance on the Friday before the week of service. For each day late in payment it will be a $10 a day charge.  We give grace when sickness happens. If your child misses more than 3 days of school or during the summer a discount is given. Besides our weekly payment optios we have bi-monthly and monthly payment ones as well. If payment gets two weeks behind your slot will be lost.

Pay registration fee upon enrollment.

ATTENDANCE

Roll is taken every day. Thanks for signing your child out when you pick them up.

RELEASE PROCEDURE

If another person other than the parent or authorized persons listed in your child's file is picking up your child, you are required to notify us by WRITTEN note or a phone call. When communicating this information over the phone or in a note not witnessed by a staff member, please give your name and the name of the person picking up your child. We ask you inform this person that for security reasons we will request some identification prior to releasing your child to them.
